What is & Why get a Home Inspection?

What is a Home Inspection?

A home inspection is a process in which an inspector visually and thoroughly examines the readily accessible systems and components of a home and describes those systems and components and conditions of the systems and components through a written inspection report. You may want to take your inspection a bit further and asses your homes air quality for radon and mold beyond the visual signs which are just as important as inspecting the other systems and components of the home.

Why get a Home Inspection?

If you are buying a home it is important to know what you are getting into before you invest in your new home. You don't want to invest in a lemon or a home with hidden, unknown or potential problems. It is best to know what is going on upfront to know the order of importance of any repairs or upgrades. Our detailed inspection report will guide you in the right direction to help you make the right decision about purchasing your dream home.
